Giada Benincasa is a luxury ready-to-wear and knitwear line born from the passion and experience of its eponymous founder and designer, guided by a stylistic vision rich in glamour, color, and creativity, and deeply rooted in the quality and refinement of Made in Italy.
After attending the German School in Milan, Giada began working at her maternal family's clothing company, initially working in the sales department and then joining the style office as part of the creative team alongside her grandfather.
Having gained the necessary experience, she decided to first create a small brand of knitwear and accessories in fine cashmere, and then, in November 2015, launched the Giada Benincasa brand. Curiosity is one of the key characteristics of her sociable and cheerful personality; she is constantly seeking out new places to see and explore, learning about each person's traditions and drawing as much inspiration as possible from the people she meets. Thanks to her father's work, she has traveled extensively since childhood. Her fondest memory is of living for a while in South America, and she credits that experience with influencing her with many things, such as colors.
She also has strong ties to Italy, and when she's not working in Milan, where she was born and lives, she spends time at her family home in Forte Dei Marmi or at her country house on Lake Como. Her love of fine yarns and sartorial-inspired materials meets a passion for soft, versatile shapes to create a range of exclusive pieces that blend timeless elegance with a contemporary twist, dedicated to women who love fashion but above all seek elegance, versatility, and originality in their wardrobe.
The brand's slogan is "Ciao Amore," the beginning of an all-Italian love letter.
