The measurements refer to the circumference.
- Chest: Wrap the measuring tape around the back, under the arms, measuring the widest part of the chest.
- Waist: Wrap the measuring tape around the narrowest part of the waist, above the hip bone.
- Hips: Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of the hips, keeping the legs together.
